We wanted to create the kind of place we’d want to work from.

HomeGround started with a simple idea: work should fit into your life, not take it over.

For many of us, the choices aren't particularly inspiring. Work from home and enjoy the flexibility — along with the distractions and isolation that can come with it. Commute into the city every day. Or take on an office of your own, with all the cost, commitment and responsibility that comes with running it.

We thought there should be another option.

A professional, beautifully designed place close to home, where you can have a space of your own, meet clients with confidence and be surrounded by other people building and running businesses — without losing your independence.

So we created HomeGround.

We kept it intentionally small, with just six private offices, because we wanted it to feel personal. We invested in the architecture, interiors and shared spaces because where you spend your working day matters. And we built in opportunities to connect, learn and access practical business support because sometimes the right conversation, introduction or piece of advice can make a real difference.

But none of it is forced. Come in, do your work, have a coffee, join a monthly session when it interests you, get to know the people around you — and make HomeGround your own.
